Histoy:

Swimming has been known since prehistoric times. Drawings from the Stone Age were found in "the cave of swimmers" from around 6.000 years ago.
The most important dates are:
-In 1538, Nikolaus Wynman n wrote the first swimming book. -Swimming was a part of the first modern Olympic games in 1896 in Athens.

You should buy a cap of latex, it's the best. A swimsuit of quality texture, and pair of water glasses. That's all!

Swimming language:

-Front crawl, is usually regarded as the fastest swimming style developed.
-Back crawl, is another swimming style and the only regulated style swum on the back.
-The butterfly, is a style of swimming when you swim on the breats, with both arms moving simultanesously.
-Breaststroke, is one of the four styles swum on the breast. It is the most popular recreational style due to its stability and the ability to keep the head out of the water at all times.

Favourite swimmer:

Mark Andrew Spitz. He holds the record for most gold medals won in a single Olympic Games (seven).
When he was two years old, his family moved to Hawaii, where he learned to swim. At the age of six, his family returned to Sacramento, California, and he began to compete at his local swimming club.
